*This form is not a contract. It is a Non-binding information gathering instrument to gauge interest in having the Pinecroft Group, also known as PCG, gather information on behalf of the property owners in the Pinecroft Subdivision neighborhood. Nothing you indicate on this form will legally bind you. We are asking you to NOT sign any agreement until you've heard what we would like to present as an option that allows you to keep more of your bonus money!

Please choose one of the following:

ð        I have NOT yet signed a gas lease and will WAIT to see what PCG can do for me.

ð        I have already signed a gas lease.

ð        I am not interested. Please do not contact me further.

Please be gathering the following information for your Pinecroft Subdivision property:

·         Please fill out this information as it is listed on your property Deed if possible. This will allow the energy company to verify your mineral rights more quickly once we reach the signing phase and you decide to participate. (you can choose not to take the deal)

·         If you cannot find your Deed or information, just enter your full name (s) and property address as completely as possible.

·         If you are an investor owning multiple properties in our area, you should submit multiple forms. This increases our power in negotiation with more addresses than we can list.

·         Do not list other properties outside your area which would probably be rejected in the negotiations.

·         We have no way of checking your Deed or mineral rights for you. Please contact your mortgage company to confirm your mineral" rights ownership.
